2018 WORLD CUP WEEK END EVENT: FRANCE, MODERIC, MBAPPE`, AND COURTOIS

France won the world cup final match against Croatia, end with 4 : 2. And this made France the world cup champion. Croatia president was more happier and giving her emotional hug and smile to all her team members and of course, France president was on the same light during the presentation of medals. There was four presidents on stage during this 2018 world cup tournament at the presentation of gold medals, young player of the year, golden ball, golden glove and the golden trophy. Croatia president Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic, France president Emmanuel Macron, Russia president Vladimir Putin and Fifa president Gianni Infatino. Were all on the stage when the rain started falling, I was a little bit concerned that host president got umbrella cover first before the rest presidents. However Moderic cataway with golden ball, Mbappe` named best young player and Courtois when home with golden glove and it was a short event, I owe to the downpour.

IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY POST MERIDIEM

The Sunday sun set on this beautiful scene . A mother and her child. This is what mothers go through in this community to provide for their children and family. She said i go fishing by 6:pm, that is when the water is calm and i do carry my children along. I thought them how to paddle and fishing and now they can paddle canoe very well but this last born is still small.

Just like the sea bird, every day they are looking forward for a new opportunity, a new aspiration and a new dream.

Son do not worry about today, i know tomorrow you will make me proud.

You can not measure the love of a mother and you can not imagine what they go through to provide for their family. the most amazing part of it, is that they are happy doing what ever they do to keep their family.

INSIDE LAGOS. EKEI EKO

Often time i wondered how Lagos came to be. Of course, i have read lot of articles, stories about Lagos and her existence but then every time i am trying to compare Lagos with other states. I see the infrastructures, technology, the human capacity, innovation. I see people, event, i see market, culture, tribe, tradition, languages currencies and religion. I see the poor and rich, the less privilege and privilege. So i always conclude, that Lagos in every means is a place be. I went a little further in my comparing. I saw the undying beauty of Lagos from the slum. So i went to the street, I saw the domestic violence, oppression, crimes and drugs. I saw a youth putting on the body of an aged person. I said okay let me go the office. Then i saw godfatherism, favoritism, nepotism, tribalism and all these systemic failure end up putting a round peg in a square hole. On a long run, it affect the company and society at large negatively..... stay tune. i will continue.

MRS AYEBOLA ASHIWAJU....... GONE TOO SOON

Mr Tope Ashiwaju's wife Mrs Ayebola Ashiwaju was laid down yesterday 22: 03: 2018, at Ikoyi Vaults and Garden.

While she was going down 6 feet, there was a little shower of rain, indicating that though she lived a short life on earth, yet she lived a good life. May her gentle soul rest in peace
